GeoVITe offers end-users from access-authorised institutions support with regard to technical problems and questions on searching and accessing the datasets. We will be happy to help you up to problems regarding the usage and implementation of the provided data on the services for further processing in GIS programs.

Service hours Support: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 16:00
Response time: One working day (Monday to Friday)

Limited support during Christmas holidays 2024 (24.12.2024 – 02.01.2025)
ETH Library is closed during Christmas/New Year (24.12.2024 – 02.01.2025). GeoVITe Support requests cannot be processed during this period. We will be happy to help you again from 3 January 2025. The GeoVITe team wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
